Dudley Zoo Trip – Friday 19th August 2022!
Assalamu Alaykum dear parents,
We are taking another group of children to Dudley Zoo this Friday 19th August Insha’Allah. All children aged 8+ will be kept supervised at all times. For children aged between 5 and 7 please read below:
The price of this trip is £20 per child which includes the ticket, coach and our staff costs. If any parents would like to attend the price is the same (£20).
Please note that this trip is free for all HAF children so if your child is HAF and has not attended a coach trip they are eligible to attend free. Please do not apply if your child is HAF and has already attended (only 1 free trip for each HAF child is allowed). HAF children will be given priority for bookings.
Spaces are limited so we will allocate on a first come first basis. To reserve a place please reply to this text with the Name, Age, Allergies, Medical Needs, Parent Name and an Emergency Contact for the child.
For all 5 to 7 year olds, we request that parents join them to supervise them throughout the day. Parents will have to pay £20 for this day trip. This is because we are unable to supervise 5 to 7 years olds due to their toilet and individual needs. We are therefore allowing parents of children aged 5 to 7 to attend for this reason.
We will leave around 9am and return for around 6.30pm to the Bahu Centre Insha’Allah. Exact timings for departure will be confirmed in a few days Insha’Allah.
We are taking 2 coaches and one coach has already been booked up so if interested, please book your place(s) asap. JazakAllah.
