Dudley Zoo Trip – Friday 19th August for Summer Camp HAF Children!

Assalamu Alaykum dear parents,
We are taking a coach (maybe 2) on Friday 19th August Insha’Allah exclusively for the summer camp children. All children aged 8+ will be kept supervised at all times. For children aged between 5 and 7 please read below:
Spaces are limited so we will allocate on a first come first basis. To reserve a place please reply to this email with the Name, Age, Allergies, Medical Needs, Parent Name and an Emergency Contact for the child.
For all 5 to 7 year olds, we request that parents join them to supervise them throughout the day. Parents will have to pay £20 for this day trip. This is because we are unable to supervise 5 to 7 years olds due to their toilet and individual needs. We are therefore allowing parents of children aged 5 to 7 to attend for this reason.
We will leave around 9am and return for around 6.30pm for the Bahu Centre where we will feed all attendees before they can be picked up/collected for 7.30pm Insha’Allah. Insha’Allah exact timings for departure will be confirmed in a few days Insha’Allah.
Please respond by replying to this email by tomorrow 12pm (Wednesday 17th August) to request a place. We do have limited places and cannot guarantee that we can oblige all requests but we will try our very best Insha’Allah. We have around 50 places available so are sending this message out to all that have registered with us.
