Live Qur’anic presentation tomorrow at 11.30am on the life of the Prophet (saw) for parents and children aged 6+ and for parents, adult males and females.
Assalamu Alaykum dear parents,
Would you like your child to know the life/seerah of the beloved Prophet (pbuh) and how it has been conveyed to us through the Qur’an?
At 11.30 tomorrow (morning) we are putting on a unique Qur’an recitation and presentation display where we have professional reciters from Egypt perform those verses that relay to us the seerah of the Prophet Muhammad (saw) in an order that will allow us to understand his life / seerah in a chronological sequence. The idea behind the concept is to feel the power and beauty of the Qur’anic verses and understand how they help us understand the life of the Prophet (saw). Each recitation will have a presentation and we are using visual displays of the meanings of the recitation. This is a synchronised recitation and visual presentation of the Qur’an and seerah.
We are inviting all our parents and our students. As it is that time of the year when we remember the arrival (mawlid) of the Prophet (saw) we felt it is fitting to present his life as understood through the Qur’anic voice / melody and its meaning. Our children should know of his life, key events and his teachings.
We will have pizzas, fries and drinks for all children and rice (biryani) for adults.
Due to the need for silence during the presentation can I please request that only children that are at least 6 years of age attend to ensure that there is no disturbance in the performances.
The presentation will take place in the Masjid hall where we have made space for both males and females (separate seating). Start time is 11.30 prompt and finish time is 1pm InShaaAllah.

Please note that children who normally attend weekend classes should arrive at their normal time at 10am tomorrow.
