Virtual system for our student monitoring – starting Thursday 18th January
Assalamu Alaykum dear parents,
I pray this message finds you in the best of health and Imaan inshaAllah.
We are creating a virtual system for our student monitoring in the academy. Each child will be assessed and targets will be given inshaAllah.
We are creating folders for each child which you as parents will be able to access.
This file will include a picture of the child, background information of the child, Qur’an targets, weekly audio recordings of the child (uploaded for you to listen to) as well as assessment results which we intend to do every week. We are looking to pilot this from this Thursday 18th January and share the online link with you for your child.
This will ensure we have a feedback system in place for parents and staff to access and to ensure there is continuous progress. Targets and recordings will be regularly checked and these profiles will be updated. Once we have this system up and running profiles will be shared with parents too so that you can access these from home.
For every student we will be taking a picture to add to profiles. Please note these pictures will be for internal use only and will not be shared or used elsewhere.
If you do not want your child to be have their own file for monitoring to please us know.
