Summer Schedule

Assalamu Alaykum dear parents,

We are starting our exciting and fun summer programme of learning and connecting with the masjid.

Weekend Classes:

All weekend classes will now run on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10am to 2pm. There will be no classes tomorrow and Sunday. So please do not send your children in.

Weekday Classes:

Those students who originally only attend on the weekdays should attend for the full 4 hours (10am to 2pm) rather than the normal 2 hours. The first 1.5 hours will be for Qur’an/Qaida reading. Classes will run from Monday to Thursday (Friday off).

Online Classes:

These will run from 10am to 2pm (10am to 12pm first shift and 12pm to 2pm second shift). This new schedule starts next Monday 21st July (Monday to Thursdays) . Online children are highly encouraged to attend the masjid. Please get in touch if you can bring your child.

All classes (physical and online) will be off on Fridays.

Summer programme:

We are running a dynamic programme continuing with your children’s current learning but also introducing physical activities, animal experiences and a dedicated tarbiyya workshop too. Full programme details will be shared shortly.

Please note all Qur’an/Qaida/Nazra/Hifz learning will take place in the first 1.5 hours of class so it is important students attend on time so they do not miss out.

Fees reminder:

For parents who are taking their children on holiday please note that fees are still due. Your children are still enrolled with us and we do not operate a pay as you attend service. In summer we double the time and efforts needed for all of our children for which fees are essential.

Also please donate generously for the Bahu Centre roof. It is in disrepair and the roof under which Qur’an is taught every day and the hub for our children.  We have 2 months to fill in the collection boxes InshaAllah. Please support our Qur’an hub to help me further support your child(ren).

Extra Qur’an support classes this summer:

We will also be holding extra support classes on the weekend for children who need this. These children have been identified by ourselves. If you feel your child needs extra support on top of the existing setup, please message us so we can consider for an assessment.

Looking forward to engaging all our young and beautiful souls through the blessings of the Qur’an this summer InshaAllah.

If you are unsure of the above, please ask a member of management, email at admin@birminghamquranacademy.co or feel free to call/WhatsApp us on 07908 138268
