Summer Programme – Schedule, Timetable and Fees policy

Assalamu Alaykum dear parents,

I pray this message finds you in the best of health and Imaan Insha’Allah. Please see the timetable below for the Summer Programme starting from Monday 20th July 2026:

Summer Programme for children attending the Masjid (Non-HAF students):

All students are required to attend for 4 hours (10:00am – 2:00pm) Monday to Thursdays. Our summer programme is aimed at engaging our children’s mind, body and soul:

10:00am – 11:45am – Mind: Qur’an is the focus. During the first 1.5–2 hours, children will concentrate on their Sabaq, Qur’an or Qa’idah work.

11:45am – 12:10pm – Lunch break.

12:10pm – 1:30pm – Body: Animal handling experiences, Islamic Tarbiyyah workshops, and physical activities in the park.

(Classes will alternate between these activities each day.)

1:30pm – Soul: Salat al-Dhuhr

Summer Programme for children attending the Masjid (HAF students):

HAF eligible students will attend 10:00am – 2:00pm, Monday to Thursdays and will follow the following fixed activities/modules as part of the 16 day programme (starting Tuesday 21st July):

1. Daily animal handling experiences throughout all 16 HAF days, with different animals introduced each day.

2. 1 to 2 rock climbing sessions per child over the 16-day programme.

3. One hour of physical activity/sports each day.

4. A 45-minute Tarbiyyah workshop focusing on nutrition, Prophetic foods, manners and character building.

5. A free meal provided daily.

To ensure our HAF students continue to make good progress in their Qur’an studies, we will also be offering complimentary weekend Qur’an classes throughout the programme to help make up for any missed Qur’an learning.

Online Students:

First Shift – 10am to 12pm:

Children who normally attend 4:30pm to 6:15pm, should log in from 10:00am to 12:00pm (First Shift), Monday to Thursday.

Second Shift – 12pm to 2pm:

Children who normally attend 6:15pm to 8:00pm, should log in from 12:00pm to 2:00pm (Second Shift), Monday to Thursday.

We are restricted in what we can achieve through online learning beyond students’ regular Qur’an studies. For this reason, we encourage parents, where possible, to send their children to the masjid during the summer so they can benefit from the full range of activities away from screens.
